HOTEL ACCOMMODATION UPDATE: 

Please note that the Delta Quebec is sold out for June 18th and only a few rooms are available for June 19th. If you have not booked your room and need accommodation for ARUCC or PCCAT for these nights, we recommend the following hotels which currently have availability, are well-regarded and within a short walk of the Quebec City Convention Centre:

The ARUCC 2014 Conference will be held at the Quebec City Convention Centre and the Delta Quebec. The Pre-Conference Workshops will be held at the Delta Quebec on Sunday, June 15, 2014. All other functions take place at the Quebec City Convention Centre which is a short walk from the Delta (and attached by underground walkway). Once again, the PCCAT 2014 Conference (Pan Canadian Consortium on Admissions and Transfer) will overlap with the ARUCC 2014 Conference on the morning of June 18.

A block of rooms has been set aside for ARUCC (and PCCAT) delegates at the Delta Quebec. The hotel is located at 690 Boulevard René Lévesque East, just steps from shops, attractions, restaurants and Old Quebec. All bedrooms at the Delta have been newly renovated and represent the new “mode” style of Delta rooms.

The following special room rates apply for ARUCC and PCCAT Conference delegates:

  • Mode Room - $219
  • Mode Deluxe or Mode Pure - $239

There are several options for booking your room at the Delta Quebec. As the room block is booked under ARUCC, all ARUCC and PCCAT delegates should request the ARUCC rates when booking by phone:

Please note that the room block will only be available until May 23, 2014. After this cut-off date, rooms may not be available or only available at a higher rate. Delegates are encouraged to book early as June is one of the busiest Conference months in Quebec City.
