Registration Information

All conference participants are required to register. The registration fees, indicated below and on the registration form, are in Canadian dollars (CAD$) and include applicable taxes.

The Full Registration includes access to all sessions, breakfasts, lunches, breaks, receptions and one (1) banquet ticket.

The One-Day Registration includes access to all sessions of the chosen day, lunch and breaks.

Please note that the pre-conference workshop will take place on June 25, 2008 from 10:30 am – 4:30 pm (lunch and break included in Pre-conference fee).

ARUCC 2008 regrets that online registration and fee payment are not available.

REFUND POLICY

Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing to the ARUCC 2008 Registration Office before May 23, 2008.  No refunds after this date (substitutions are allowed).

CONFERENCE HOTEL

ARUCC 2008 will be held at The Westin Nova Scotian. A number of rooms are being held for Conference participants at a conference rate of CAD $189  Reservations can be made online or by contacting The Westin directly at (902) 421-1000.
