Cancellation Policy

For cancellations up to, and including, April 4, 2025, a refund of your registration fee will be provided, less a $50 administration fee.
No refunds will be provided if you cancel after April 4, 2025.
All registration fees for this event MUST be paid no later than April 4, 2025, otherwise your registration is subject to cancellation.

If you choose to pay online via Stripe, you will get a popup box where you can input your credit card information. Once you pay the amount due, you will get a green check mark and the pop-up box will close and return you to the Payment page. Click the "Next" button once more to get the confirmation page. You will not be prompted to pay again.
