Welcome to the new ARUCC Website

Thanks to the hard work of many individuals, the new ARUCC website is now online. The site is a great step forward for ARUCC. With easier access to content, better support for members and improved looks, this website represents a great leap forward in technology for the ARUCC.
What's new?
The new ARUCC website has some great features. The most important feature is that you have the ability to access member's only information and edit your profile. With a few clicks you can change your personal details, or those of your institution, making sure that everything stays up-to-date.
You will also be able to renew your membership online with a credit card! Gone are the days of faxing and mailing. Now you are able to simply login, click, pay and know that everything is taken care of.

The ARUCC-L and DocAlert-L Discussion Lists
 |
ARUCC-L is an unmoderated national electronic forum directed to those working in Registrar's Offices and related student services areas. It is intended to provide and promote the sharing of information, experience, policies, procedures, and advice about issues affecting registrarial personnel.
This list welcomes questions, answers, expressions of concern, and discussion about any area or aspect of registrarial life. Access is restricted to those individuals working in registrarial or related areas.

With the creation of the new ARUCC website, we had to create a new discussion lists for ARUCC. The lists as they existed before have gotten unwieldy. The security of much of the information shared was in doubt. This is why we are re-creating the lists on the new site.
As a member of ARUCC, you were automatically subscribed to the ARUCC-L list. You have the option to unsubscribe at any time. If you don’t want to be on the ARUCC-L list, simply send an email to info@arucc.ca and we will unsubscribe you. You can also manage your list subscription by clicking the “ARUCC-L” button on the Member Only menu.
To send a message to ARUCC members on ARUCC-L, just send an e-mail to arucc-l@arucc.ca. Your email will go out to all the people subscribed to the list.
DocAlert-L list is a closed, national electronic forum available only to regular member institutions of the Association. Its sole purpose is for the issuing of document alerts by regular member institutions in good standing when a member institution has received documents of questionable authenticity. A limited number of individuals (typically 2) with senior level admissions accountability at regular member institutions in good standing may be granted subscriptions to DocAlert-L. This is a closed listserv. It is not open to associate or corporate members. More information on this list is available in the Members Area. Click the "DocAlert-L" button in the right side Member Only menu.
Because of the closed nature of the DocAlert-L list, members were not automatically added back to the list. Members wishing to be on the DocAlert-L list will need to re-subscribe. To re-subscribe, click the “DocAlert-L” button on the Member Only menu.
