After the formation of the Calendar Project Committee following the ARUCC 2004 conference in Ottawa, a sub-committee was formed to further look at the purpose of the calendar and e-calendar. After a meeting in January 2005, the group determined to launch two further surveys to augment the findings of the 2003 original survey.
The first of these will survey institutional staff regarding how the calendar is used. The second will survey prospective students and the public regarding how they use the calendar. Through the ARUCC list-serve, member institutions will be asked for their assistance in distributing the surveys. See Surveys to link to the survey questions.
The results of these surveys will be brought forth to ARUCC 2006 in Montreal for further discussion.
